Standard sample development typically takes 7–12 business days depending on design complexity and material availability. Rush sampling can be arranged for time-sensitive projects.
What is your production lead time for bulk orders?
Mass production usually takes 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation, depending on order quantity and season.
What payment terms do you accept?
We typically require a 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer, and L/C is negotiable for larger orders.
Can you customize colors, logos, and materials?
Yes. We support full customization including Pantone color matching, logo application (embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, PVC patches), and fabric selection.
What shipping methods do you support?
We support sea freight, air freight, and door-to-door courier for smaller shipments. Export documentation and customs clearance support are available on request.
How do you control product quality?
Every order goes through in-line inspection during production and a final random inspection (AQL standard) before shipment. Third-party inspection can be arranged.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
For ready stock styles, a paid sample can be sent for evaluation, with the cost often deductible from your first bulk order. Custom sample fees depend on development cost.
